Your new go-to place for binge-watching fashion and fashion-adjacent content just launched today: YouTube.com/Fashion.

/Fashion (pronounced “slash fashion”) is the platform’s new spot for original content from the biggest names in fashion and beauty (Ralph Lauren, Tan France), alongside videos from popular YouTube creators including Canadians like Shay Mitchell. The hub aims to bridge the more traditional aspects of the fashion and beauty industries with the digital-first community of internet and social media influencers.

Here’s what you can expect: style and beauty content from YouTubers like Jenn Im, Ingrid Nilsen and Jackie Aina; livestreams of the latest runway collections (just in time for fashion month) and behind-the-scenes looks with designers like Alexander Wang and Alexa Chung; and finally, access to the industry’s superstars, including Naomi Campbell.

According to Derek Blasberg, the director of YouTube fashion and beauty, the number of channels in this area have increased six-fold from 2014 to 2018.

“Our goal is to make YouTube.com/Fashion a diverse and inclusive place, filled with the latest fashion and beauty trends, content and more,” said Blasberg in a press release. “My hope is that anyone looking for all things style will now have a place to come and be inspired by what they see.”

In the coming months, the company plans to bring more international voices to the hub and create local content for global markets.
