On day 6 of Paris Fashion Week, associate fashion editor Charlotte loves Céline’s take on fall layering while workflow editor Liz is haunted (in a good way!) by Givenchy.

Charlotte’s favourite look: Céline

Yellow is such a standout trend from Spring 2015, and it’s lovely to see it translated in such a wearable way for fall/winter. Trust Phoebe Philo to manage that — and to make winter layering look so fresh, even appealing, when all I can think about right now is trashing every sweater, poncho and blanket coat I own in favour of a simple sundress. (One day… soon.) In this look I’ve found my ideal fall/winter uniform, right down to the shoes. #dream

Liz’s favourite look: Givenchy

It’s a little concerning how long I’ve spent gazing at the peacock feather print of this dress – and considering what going on with the model’s face, that’s really saying something. Butterfly wings, evil eyes and underwater creatures are just a few of the things that come to mind when I take in the intoxicating mix of pattern and texture at play here. Give me 20 minutes and I’ll come up with about 100 more.
