Case in point: the new Mejuri x Ganni collection, which combines the ultra-cool aesthetics of cult Scandi fashion label Ganni with the stylish charm of Canadian-born jewellery brand Mejuri. The limited-edition collection features the four-leaf clover—a classic symbol of luck—in four different mixed metal and chunky chain designs. I’m particularly fond of the necklace, which looks stunning worn on its on or layered with thin silver and gold necklaces. And if you’re looking for a cheeky gift idea for your bestie, snag two matching charm bracelets as a symbol of your friendship. But beware: this collab is sure to sell out quickly, so get your hands on it while you still can.

The Stylish-Yet-Functional Runners: On Cloudmonster 2

When I first tried Swiss activewear brand On’s original Cloudmonster shoe a year ago, it was love at first wear. They’re comfortable, breathable and interesting to look at, which is everything I look for when I’m shopping for a running shoe. So when I heard that On was releasing a new version of the sneaker—the Cloudmonster 2—I knew I had to try them out.

This version, which features and updated design with more cushioning and increased propulsion capabilities, feels great on the foot whether you’re going for a run on the treadmill or out running errands. I’m not a huge runner myself, but I can definitely feel that the shoe is designed to make cardio sessions as pleasant as possible. Plus, it’s a major compliment-getter: I’ve had more people stop me to ask about the shoe (either because they love the style or they’re curious about the brand) than I can count.

The Incredibly Flattering Jeans: Reformation Abby High Rise Straight Jeans

I’ll admit it: When it comes to denim, I can be a little finicky. I’ve been a die-hard Levi’s girl for several years, mostly because I know my size and for the most part, the fit is impeccable. I don’t usually stray, but I decided to make an exception for Reformation’s Abby High Rise Straight Jeans—and boy, am I glad I did. I paid a visit to the sustainable LA brand’s Yorkville flagship, tried on the pants (under the very flattering fitting room lights) and was delighted.

Fitted throughout with a straight leg in a lovely dark blue shade, these are the perfect French Girl jean (think Jeanne Damas and Jane Birkin). And if you’re looking for something a little different, the brand offers six additional colourways, including bedazzled black and classic blue, Fior di Latte (the loveliest cream shade) and Tanaya, an ultra-light blue. I’ve been wearing them non-stop since I picked them up, and I’m fairly certain they’ll be #1 in my pant rotation this spring.

The Wear-It-Anywhere Cardigan: Alo Scholar Cardigan Sweater

If you’re the type of person that appreciates excellent quality even when it comes to your loungewear and activewear, consider Alo your go-to . If you’re not familiar, the Los Angeles-based apparel brand opened its first Canadian store in Toronto in September 2022. And since then, the brand has made several plans to expand across Canada, most recently with the opening of its first Quebec location this month. And we couldn’t be more thrilled.

From stylish matching sets to tennis skirts, body care and running gear, Alo has just about everything you need to get started on—or refresh—your activewear closet. I recently tried the Scholar cardigan and I fell in love with the heavyweight cotton and drapey, oversized fit. Available in espresso brown, ivory and black, it looks so chic over a leggings and sports bra combo, or worn on a casual night out with your go-t0 jeans. I copped the matching sweatpants for an airport outfit that’s as stylish as it is cozy.

The Perfect Transitional Coat: Uniqlo x Clare Wright Keller Trench Coat

I live in Toronto, which means I’ve been exposed to an unseasonably warm February. The sunshine has been nice after a particularly dreadful January, but getting dressed has felt a little strange. I’ve been bouncing between sweating in my super warm Wuxly parka and stepping out in a Sherpa pullover and hoping for the best. That is, until I got my hands on this lovely trench, which is part of Uniqlo’s latest drop in collaboration with Clare Wright Keller. Made with 100% cotton twill, it’s structured and sleek with a relaxed fit, making it an excellent layering piece when there’s a chill in the air.
